Semi Private Equipment
4 People per class on a range of Pilates equipment. Classes are offered from Beginner to Advanced.

We offer a monthly autodebit on a 3-month commitment with our Membership, as well as 5-pack, 10-pack and drop in classes.
Group Mat
6 People per class in studio, or Zoom options available! Classes are offered from Beginner to Advanced.

Class Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel a class? No worries. Life happens. I will work with you to find a different time that week that suits. Can’t make it that week? Let’s do two the week before or after.
